近期研究簡述

近幾年來之研究主要包括GPS導航、整合式GPS/INS導航系統、多感測器導航,最佳估測(濾波)理論,自適應濾波以及非線性濾波等主題,同時投入了應用人工智慧於GPS以及GPS/INS導航之研究。在上述主題中獲得了些許成果,部分成果業已發表於國內外之學術期刊及研討會論文集,大致可歸納為幾個類別:(1) GPS/INS整合導航系統;(2) 接收機追蹤迴路之分析;(3) 衛星與虛擬衛星之幾何優劣判斷;(4) 類神經網路應用於GPS之導航解算、姿態判定以及誤差修正;(5)類神經網路/模糊類神經網路雜訊強度估算及動態模型之修正;(6)自適應濾波(7)非線性濾波應用於導航系統之設計等。

導航定位技術是現代空間科技領域中一門重要的技術學科,在民用和軍事領域都得具有廣泛之應用,而濾波是整合式導航系統中常用的訊號處理方法。卡爾曼濾波(Kalman Filtering)技術在導航系統之設計上扮演著相當重要之角色,應用傳統之卡爾曼濾波器,須掌握精確之系統數學模型以及雜訊之強度,另亦須在系統狀態及量測值雜訊向量皆為零均值(zero-mean)之高斯白雜訊(Gaussian white noise)時,方能獲得理想之濾波效果。然而,許多導航系統的量測模型都具有不同程度的非線性,因而促使研究找尋適合於整合式導航系統特點的濾波理論和方法。有鑑於此,敝人亦探索了神經網路與模糊神經網路應用於導航濾波器雜訊強度之估測,以及濾波器系統動態模型之修正。

多年來,人們持續探索卡爾曼濾波發散的問題。近年來,在擴展型卡爾曼濾波的基礎上又出現了許多新的非線性濾波算法,SPKF是近年來提出的一種新穎的非線性濾波方法。與EKF相比,SPKF 不再需要進行導數 ( Jacobian 矩陣 ) 的計算,降低了應用難度,同時可以獲得更高的精度和強建性,可能在許多應用中取代 EKF 以期獲得更好的性能。粒子濾波 (Particle Filtering ,PF) 乃基於貝氏估計是解決非高斯運動的一種有效的方法,較能適應觀測訊息出現異常急劇變化時的情況。無跡卡爾曼濾波器 (Unscented Kalman Filter ,UKF) 是最先提出的一種SPKF,無跡粒子濾波器 (Unscented Particle Filter ,UPF) 是在粒子濾波算法的基礎上利用 UKF算法得到比普通 PF 更好的重要性函數。每一次採樣後的粒子都由 UKF 算法進行更新,所得的均值和方差用於下次採樣新的粒子。UPF 具有優越之精度和抗雜訊性能,在導航應用中具良好前景。

敝實驗室在自適應性濾波器(例如自適應衰減濾波器、強跟蹤濾波器)、非線性估測理論及人工智慧於導航系統之設計上亦已累積了許多研發能量。關於自適應非線性濾波器於導航系統之分析與設計,敝實驗室曾採用了Sigma點卡爾曼濾波器 (sigma point Kalman filters),含無跡卡爾曼濾波器 (unscented Kalman filter);中差分卡爾曼濾波器 (central difference Kalman filter);粒子(particle)濾波器,以及交互多模型(interacting multiple model,IMM)濾波器於導航系統之設計。在這些主題中亦獲得了初步之成果,部分成果業已發表或接受刊登於於國內外之學術期刊及研討會論文集。除了在自適應與非線性濾波學理之紮根,掌握良好之基礎理論外,並將配合人工智慧技術之發展,以神經網路、模糊邏輯等設計自適應濾波器,並以進化、基因與粒子族群最佳化(PSO)等處理最佳化問題以輔助參數之估測,以期能充分地結合不同技術之精髓,獲得良好之設計。

近幾年來所指導之研究生畢業後,或從事國防役(漢翔公司、旺玖、長茂、工業技術研究院、國家中山科學研究院、國家高速電腦中心、台揚科技等)、導航或航電等相關產業(華航、長榮、裕隆、台揚科技、友達電、台積電、台達電、奇美、華碩、和碩、廣達電腦、奇異、英業達、鴻海富士康、康訊科技、Wintec),或繼續深造博士班,均有不錯之出路。
